On the ball, as ever. Died 5 June. Only 11 days ago. Oh well, they must be busy writing welcome to Oakwell notices for our new signings
It’s been reported in several places though, especially on sites belonging to former clubs. Tranmere made a big thing out of it, reminding their fans what a great player he was for them. Just think our media people could have been a bit quicker putting this out.
Someone put it on here Thursday evening. A multitude of reasons may have prevented putting summat out on Friday. Or should the media team have put out over the weekend. He died on the 5th apparantly. and other than Facebook not one team reported b4 the 13th. I would imagine living in Liverpool local media picked up on it. (A full 8 days later.) Not exactly an issue surely.
