Yeah, he's tried the cheeky old "I'll tail the blue light" trick. The amount of times over the years I've been stuck in traffic after an accident and whilst most folk sit patient, someone always pulls out and follows the Ambulance. Even put their hazards on to make it look 'authentic'. Even follow them down the hard shoulder. Part of me thinks "how the hell can you lose your cool to such an extent that you want to drive over folk?". It just doesn't compute in my innocent mind. Then I see clips of the complete jerk at Manc airport doing the rounds today, being refused boarding a flight to Ibiza. I mean, how the heck do you get that angry? I now dread the day I see someone like him lose it behind the steering wheel.
Was a fun but wet day. Then at 6pm it all turned to ****. I was about 150 yard from the incident. On the corner of the stand and water Street. My mother whom I took who is a Liverpool fan and I started to head the opposite way but it was too packed and eventually we turned around and went back towards water Street. Once on water Street 12 police ran past us and we could se so many ppl on pavement and road. As we walked a bit could see a car (street was meant to be blocked off) and about 5 or 6 laid on wet floor. Ambulance was there treating someone. Then more ambulances and police came as we walked away towards queensway. The ambulances and police were amazing to be fair so quick so in control and hopefully no one will have lost their life. Hope this drugged up **** gets a long sentence
You kniw the stadiums there though. The new Everton stadium will cause issues for those living in the flats in the dock area who were there first, but it's part of life, you find ways of adapting or else move
I don’t think it’s reasonable to trap people in their houses, or stop them from getting home. Normal street closures have ‘access only’ or ways to get around when it’s a residential street.
Exactly, the houses were purchased not knowing that they might be locked in or out of their homes every other Saturday
