    I remember when working in Sheffield. When The Full monty was getting great reviews. (Not knocking it btw) To a man. The sheffielders, I worked with, all rated Brassed off the better film.
    I was fortunate to see the stage version at the crucible. Postlethwaite starring. Great performances in both.

    The scene of "Danny Boy" was special.

    Stage show is brilliant ,Silkstone Colliery band blasting out, sends the hairs on the back of your neck up.
