Good player I'm really a fan but since january not played to his full potential for me. Maybe he did the same as devante got accused of the season before I don't know. Got dropped by conor on a couple of occasions can't see him been here next season though.

I think that can be tied in with it, definitely. There certainly needs to be a smaller squad.

I think this is the most intrigued I've been in years, entering a summer. Let's see how everything looks in August I guess.

I can’t think of another player I will be as interested in when he leaves us as I will Adam Phillips (with the exception of John Stones). He genuinely puzzles me because he clearly has talent (as demonstrated by his stats), but also definitely disappears for long periods of time. I also wonder whether the ‘soft underbelly’ that is our midfield, that I think is at least as big a problem as our defenders, can carry both Phillips and Russell. The best outcome, in my opinion, would be to get a substantial fee that can be reinvested in a more ‘robust’ player, and that Adam goes on to prove that he is genuinely a Championship-quality player.

 

Do we know whether DKD has a buy-out clause?

 

I would have thought his agent would have been savvy enough to implement this in his BFC contract.

 

Agreed, amazes me how the narrative on here seems to be we are desperate to sell and a fire sale will ensue.

 

Didn’t appear to have one with Mansfield though
