He can show him how to do it, but can’t make it happen in a match, in the same way the striking coach can’t get the strikers to hit all their shots on target… bizarre statement.

What about the numerous coaches that have had years with him in our academy? Some keepers prefer to punch, others prefer to catch.

He said 'seriously' as to question Jack BFC.

You can't be serious, can you? If it could be done in 1 session, there'd be no reason for a goalkeeping coach.

All keepers are taught to punch/parry over catching and have done for years.
It doesn’t mean there are not times it’s more appropriate to catch just it’s not as simple as made out.

Slonina was the master puncher. Not sure who is his coach is at Chelsea, I'd sack him tomorrow.
He was given a six year contract when he signed at 18. Apparantly Chelsea are the masters of long contracts. (6 yrs the norm) 191 yrs worth on the books, Double the next club. Spurs.
As Souness says. Kids being millionaires b4 they even kick a ball in their 1st team. If they even get to do that.
