Because some people care about other people and refuse to be pally with anybody that votes for the removal of human rights from others or excuses it as “i don’t know anything about politics”. If you don’t know anything about politics and/or politics don’t affect your life that means you are in an extremely privileged position and are probably a straight white man that doesn’t give a **** about anybody but yourself. The policies that parties like reform push have measurable negative impacts on the lives of millions of people and will directly lead to their suffering and even death in lots of situations. Anybody that votes for reform is at least one of the following. A billionaire A racist A moron Their policies will make the lives of working class people worse in the long run. They push this immigrant boogeyman and people are either too stupid or too racist to see it as the nonsense it is, while they use that fear they incite to gain power for their own purposes.
Really? I don't know anyone on here in real life and am pretty sure I'll have strongly disagreed with everyone at some point. Ever considered that maybe the reason lots of people disagree with you is just because your views are objectionable?
You jumped on me when i was saying to someone you can't call a full religion of billions of people peados on several occasions and then get asked to explain it by many posters and don't. Then a few weeks later start calling people racist. Agree or disagree about whatever you just can't imo. Anyway that's all from me on it.
Glad a few more are jumping on the Green bandwagon. Be even better if Polanski becomes leader. A gay, Jewish vegan who calls what's happening in Palestine for what it is - a genocide. I'm sure the mainstream media will be tasked with tearing him to bits if he becomes more popular. But it's what the party needs. Someone to actually lead, properly, to shout about the party, make them impossible to ignore.
You would know, mr smoke signals. I’m guessing you think white christians are the most persecuted people too, don’t you? I make 0 apologies for condemning pedophilia. Not sure why you’re so desperate to defend it.
I think you do. I honestly believe you are poorly trying to hide a ‘ liking’ for Reform. You’re certainly anti-Labour
I was brought up a socialist still believe I'm a socialist IE vote labour but strongly believe in democracy, this is what people have died for so if reform or any other party gets in then it's fair do by me. The people have spoken.
It’s not about denying democracy, It’s about pedalling fear and lies, then folk swallowing it up. The politics Farage and his ilk seek to implement are not only limited in terms of real world politics they’re very dangerous.
You an a lot of your comrades are very passionate about your political views an i like reading all the posts but i still find it hard to understand why you all kind of bond together an attack anybody with an Opinion or view that is opposite, we dont ask our friends what they voted for or who they like, i didnt stop going to Bowls cos most of em voted Reform, i didnt stop going to work cos everybody bar me voted Reform, They are still the same people.
To be fair, I don't see that it's wrong being anti-Labour. I certainly disagree with some of the decisions made in the past 9 months. But the answer is to never be pro-Reform. Incidentally, there's still nobody with the stones to own their decision and admitting their vote. All this tip toeing round and all the "I can see why people support them" rubbish is completely spineless.
I'm not anti labour, nor am a fan, all i'm trying to do is understand why yourself an all your Aggressive opinionated mates hound an alternative view, granted some are more extreme than others but aint that the same in any party,
