    our away win % was better than our home win % - all in the 21st century - and last season was the worst by far

    The fact that it has happened two seasons in a row speaks volumes as to why many view going to Oakwell as a chore these days.

    Tbf though, during a lot of my time watching the reds, the bar for getting more points at home than away wasn’t set as high as it is now.

    When I first started watching the reds our away record was always dismal. We usually won 1 or 2 maximum. By contrast, Oakwell was a fortress. Seems strange that its now the other way around.
