    Baz made a few mistakes but would have got mine for at least giving it a go. Russell was his usual solid self and got us a goal.

    After that I was struggling.

    His inability to pass the ball ten feet losing possession cost us the second goal. Steady otherwise.

    He's a central midfielder not a wide man. Time to try him where he's comfortable. Good prospect.

    He was brutally honest when he was interviewed in the Legends Suite after the game. Was clearly gutted and just said that the team weren’t good enough and they had a lot to do before next season.

    Don’t take any pleasure in criticising a young lad but I just don’t see any future - especially not at full-back. Happy to retract this if he can find a different role in the team.
    His lack of pace is a major issue.

    Obviously a game of opinions but I don’t understand how you reach this conclusion. He’s 19. Looks comfortable and has been no worse than our other right sided defenders- o’keefe, Cotter, Lembikisa & Lofthouse. The first two are embarrassingly bad for the level. In my option he’s going to to be a very good prospect in 5 years when he’s 24. I think he’ll be a good squad man for next season for sure.
