Does anyone know what time the names of loved ones who have passed away in the season will be read out? TIA
Think it was around quarter to three last year - mum was listed on it and in the program. Worth buying it if you don't usually
Beautifully read out by the stadium announcer as always. Conveys just the right tone every single year
Glad they’ve continued what we started many years ago. I know a few things seem to have fallen by the wayside, but well done all concerned. And hopefully some comfort to those who lost a loved one over the course of the season.
I don’t think there is any need for that. A message board is for people with different opinions and outlooks on life. Anyway, have a nice summer because I certainly will. I tend to use laxatives if my arsehole stops going and it loosens it lovely….a bit like the Barnsley defence…
When I saw the post about the Reds remembered a few weeks ago there was a special person who I wanted dearly to be announced, my late gran bless her, I sent her name and a photo in and tonight my daughter showed me that her picture was posted on the clubs Facebook page, she would’ve killed me for sending her photo in but seeing her tonight with her scarf on has absolutely made my day!! Thankyou BFC
I welcome the end of season remembrance of lost loved ones. Cos they are named etc. More so than during individual games. When many of the crowd haven't a clue who folk are clapping for. Someone who makes the headlines like a young child I get. Each to their own I suppose.
