    Speaks very well yet again. I obviously want all of our coaches to do well but I especially want Hourihane to succeed here.

    if you’re not listening to his interviews I’d really recommend it. Speaks really well and talks a lot about the changes he hopes to make.

    In Conor we have figure head, I suspect we won't see the chairman anywhere near a microphone for a very long time. No doubt one of his strengths he can talk and operation get fanbase on side/reset has swung into motion.
