    I don't complain, I just refuse to pay outrageous prices.
    I wouldn't give them 85p for a pint of pseudo Spanish Madri anyway.

    The price of alcoholic drinks these days is an interesting issue. We were in the Outpost before the match on Monday, and I paid £11.20 for two pints of Madri, a pint of Carling, a pint of Tetley and a can of coke. On the other hand, I’ll pay more than that for two pints of Madri in one of my local ‘Taps’ tonight. Someone taking the proverbial?

    I'd just like to know why on earth you're buying pints of a totally made up "Spanish" beer. Even real Spanish beer is better than that and real Spanish beer is mostly awful.

    Exactly, I drink mostly lager, but do partake occasionally in a real/craft ale, IPA etc. I enjoy them, but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy anything else.
