Thank you for putting that on...I don't normally watch goals back *especially after defeat!). Imho i think their first is a pretty decent and well done to them....the other three pure amature gold, theres zero pace on any of those attempts and awful, awful defending. Class first 25 mins followed by second half pub league world. The story of our season right there.
Watching it all back I can say I was a bit harsh in saying what I thought at the time, that Flavell could've chucked his cap on all 4 - 3rd is a very good finish, 4th the two players on the line should stop it. The first 2 though Flavell keeps out if he uses his arms, like a keeper should. The defending for all 4 is inexcusable. DKD is a talisman and if he goes this summer I hope its to a championship team for silly money. Top, top day overall though as usual in London, despite (again, as usual) the players shìtting themselves in the bright lights of the capital.
A few points 34 seconds in why does connell let the ball bounce? Gets very lucky the ball hits the post. The 1st Humphrys played well 1st half but, he should be following the man who eventually scores. The keeper should save it too if he uses his arms. Humphrys should go with the runner instead he just stops. Then Russell thinks shall I pick him up because your not, then its too late. The other 3 were comical defending.
