How many of our loans in January and out of contract players will move on? I think non of those on loan will be gone as none have featured much and Pines, Benson, Humphrys, Mc Carthy, Marsh and possibly Russell will depart.

Everyone’s contract that is up should go we can’t afford them unless we feel we can agree reasonable terms and they are considered part of our squad (not that we have a head coach to decide that currently)

Total agreement. Someone did a brilliant post a few weeks ago about out of contract players and I've said a few times since the 10 out of contract should all go plus Mael. cuts the squad to around 20 then don't go above 23/24 but use the 10 wages saved to pay more to better players..

They should use the money to pay for a decent broker to sell the club.

Don't sign any loanee or renew any contracts from those that run out.

Give whoever the new guy is as much of a clean slate as possible.

The retained list...won't that be down to the sporting Director and not the head coach.
Surely if he's in charge of hiring then he's certainly in charge of firing too

Hiring and firing so to speak will be done by the coach and DOF together.

I'd have included CEO n'all B. He holds the purse strings for the owners.
I don't think any loan players we have. will be on our shopping list. (I'm not sure of the situation with Lewis whether we've signed him for longer than the end of the season. But it appears not. I'd like to see him given more game time to showcase himself)
And imo we will release a few loaned out.
