Just seen Rory's 2nd on the par 5, 13th. 214 yards out, tee shot in the pine straw, carries it 200+ yards to the narrow part of the green to 9 feet and makes the putt for eagle.

You just never know what you're going to get.

Moving day tomorrow. Majority of major winners attack the third round.

McIlroy on -11 is currently 6/1 to win Sports Personality of the Year. Surely it's his if he wins this, and he's now 4/7 to win it...

Rory looking very good right now. Things can always change so quickly but maybe it will finally be his time.

Great round from Rory today. But great finish from De Chambeau keeps it interesting for tomorrow can’t see beyond the last group for the winner

That outrageous putt on the last gives him all the momentum and he’ll be on a high - but I’d still say Rory would have to play poorly to not take it, Dechambeau is too patchy with the irons and Rory has smashed the first few holes all three rounds so far - do that again tomorrow and he’ll be out of sight you’d think.

Shame Rose fell off a cliff.

Monster putt by Dechambeau on the 18th that could prove crucial. What a final day in prospect between him and Rory.

It’d be interesting to see Rory’s last ten years Majors record for his finishing position after leading going into the final day.
I reckon he’s bottled it a few times but I’m not sure

Hope Rory wins it but he's bottled a few in previous years and those events could play on his mind again.

Let’s hope the demons in his head don’t affect him whilst playing alongside Bryson who pipped him at last year’s U.S. Open

I would agree. Although there’s always someone who makes a final day charge. I wonder if anyone can get close.

Before it started, I put money on both Rory and Bryson and even though Bryson was better odds and I have warmed to him a bit in recent years, I would much prefer Rory to win from here.

I hope McIlroy wins. I don't like Dechambeau for taking advantage of Covid lockdown to hammer the steroids.

I've money on Conners and Lowry so rooting for them, although got top 8 on both.

Would like to see Rory win it otherwise (and the wife has backed him and Hatton). Never warmed to Dechambeau, I mean what sort of name is Bryson FFS.

Got form for choking on the last day of a major when leading. Not looking good at the moment. Needs a birdie quick.
