    (A) The best it can be for a club our size and the correct model to operate

    (B) Developed with the primary aim of spending as little as possible hoping to get lucky on players.

    (C) Developed with success on the pitch at the forefront.

    (D) A complete overcomplicated mess that needs completley overhauling and stripping back to basics.

    (E) Tweaking

B, C and D for me. Get rid of D by sacking Sormaz. Getting rid of Sormaz also improves B.

A combination of B and D for me. For B to be truly effective you need a better recruitment team than we have currently which leads to the scenario we have for D when we're top heavy in wing backs because we don't know how to squad build.

    (f) A group of well meaning amateurs doing their best. Making questionable decisions and hoping to get lucky.
    (G) No strategy whatsoever relying on a Director of Sport who knows nowt about it, but must talk a f****** good game.

In the main it's worked pretty well and in some cases very well. Not to say it's perfect and that this season hasn't been poor but with any system you're going to face the issue of not enough money and players been unavailable or not wanting to come.

Every club in the country uses statistics to scout players.

To not do so would be gross negligence.

B and D. An initially good idea has gone too far and lost control.

I don't see an option resembling what we are.

I don't see a model. I don't see a strategy. I don't see a philosophy. I don't see consistency of thought. Just a jumble of poor decisions that have left us in this position.

BFC is currently a shadow of its former self in every way.

I've said numerous times, we need to evaluate everything we do and why we're doing it and take time to evolve to something coherent and robust. Sadly I've little faith that the people who would be charged with a strategic review would even know where to start.
