Dias takes goal kick plays it to Edderson, who nearly gets robbed then plays it to right back who knocks it 70 yards to the lonely figure of Haaland, I'm I missing something, why not take the goal kick 70 yards to Haaland and have people playing off him, what do I know.
    Haaland misses pen, cmon Bournemouth

My prediction preseason was Iraola would he manager of the season. He was phenomenal in Spain. Itll probably go to Slot for winning prem in first season, possibly Nuno at Forest but my word he deserves a big shout

Got to be Nuno. Their league campaign has been unbelievable and totally unexpected. With at least an Fa cup semi thrown in.

You really don't like Forest, do you mate?:D Forest beat them 1-0 not long ago, no reason they can't again. Though I do suspect a City victory, even though City have been largely **** by their standards this season.

What leads you to think that? I mean there's obviously a chance that they may do, but there's absolutely nothing to suggest that's gonna happen.

More psychology. Man City haven't lost a big game against inferior opposition thus far. They realise it's their last chance to salvage something out of the season and like a thing on the decline they cling to what they can get.

Forest on the other hand. It's their cup final. Not won anything since 1989. A manager that will still be having nightmares about his last Semi Final at Wolves.

5-0 might be an exaggeration but I got a sense they wanted it today. Especially Guardiola's celebration.

When winnings the norm you don't celebrate like that.

Bournemouth are a dirty side, I don't subscribe to this theory they play attractive football their game is based on being overly aggressive in the tackle where the ref allows them and running forward at pace hoping to cause mistakes and chaos. Iraola got schooled in the 2nd half by one of the greatest football managers we've ever seen.

You're mental if you don't find Bournemouth an attractive side to watch. Iraola is a fantastic manager, Pep is the one of the greatest ever, maybe the greatest, so he should 'school' any Bournemouth manager. Does that not suggest he got it completely wrong in the first half though? Having no natural width was silly. Bournemouth did nothing wrong, City were just as aggresive as Bournemouth in the tackle. The only disagreement I had in regards to ref was booking the Uzbekistani centre half, shouldn't have been a yellow.

I disagree. I just think best side won. Bournemouth played some lovely football first half then went in at halftime 45 mins away from Wembley.

Unfortunately 45 mins away from Wembley is Watford on a good day.

Agree mate, ironically Haaland had 3 huge chances in the first half, header, pen & 1v1, but I thought Bournemouth played fantastic. So physical, quick, energetic. So good at the high press. Would love us to play even 10% as good as that when pressing high! Nunes had a nightmare that first half.

All about opinions but they use physicality as their main weapon, in their cauldron of a tiny ground that let's in hardly any away fans so has a certain atmosphere, and they run forward at pace, they try to press overly aggressively and they are admittedly well drilled at it, but being found out of late cos the players won't last the pace.

Same with Forest, with their low block aka park the bus tactics, running full pelt on the counter will find players injured towards end of the season.
