Too many coaches as in the saying goes. Like "too many cooks.spoil the broth" I find it interesting he went for Harban as his 2nd in command. It looked chaos under Clarke from the bench. And if same on the training ground. No wonder we went backwards. Schoolboy performances. Let the inexperienced players have more game time. But the club hierarchy would have to accept that results may work against Connor in that respect.
Correct, buck stops with Clarke, we don’t know what conversations Conor has had with him about it, maybe he’d brought it up and Clarke chose to ignore it?
Like you say mate we not privy to what’s gone on. I just hope they address the main problem which to me is poor recruitment.
Spot on! I think there was a thread not so long ago discussing how we seem to fall flat on or around the 60 minute mark. I was always brought up with the faults been...lack of fitness, lack of discipline and lack of professionalism...so I think this fits.
Exactly. Nobody knows what has happened in the past. We just know that Hourihane is now cracking the whip.
Under Clarke it was clear from the outset the player's fitness levels were not where they needed to be and it was never addressed, Clarke was and is a shocking football coach.
