Yep, that’s the worry if Lewis and Rodrigues are anything to go by.

Those 2 alone are enough reason to sack the bloke who's trying to spin them as the solution.

 

I don't get this debate about Humphrys position. He's been awful played as a target and I have sympathy for him in that regard, but he's also had plenty of games where Clarke has played him as a wide forward with DKD behind Watters. He's been awful there too.

I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest that he has attributes that would be better suited to playing in a different position to the ones Clarke has picked him in.

I just think he's not a great footballer. Yes, some quality in moments when he fancies it, but largely ineffective. No way I'd look to extend his deal.

And I agree, Marsh could have given us the same or better level of effectiveness for zero cost this season.

You’ve got to look at what they’d be replaced with.

Watters and Humphreys can both do a job - maybe inconsistent, but that’s why they’re L1.

Jalo was probably the big loss of the season - this was his year to prove himself.

 

Don’t worry, Marsh is back in the summer.

I'm hoping that the operation he had has sorted the shoulder problem out for good. I think it was hoped initially that the problem would resolve itself without need for the operation. That proved not to be the case. Fingers crossed that all will be fine now.

 

His deal runs out this summer.

 

When he was out of contract last season I said I’d be shocked if he was extended but then he did get an extension.

I would be gobsmacked if we give him a new deal this time.

 

And racked up a combined 30 minutes playing time since his early goal.

Wouldn't be surprised if he left to be honest. Token chance given by an inept board. There's no doubt he cares and therein lies the problem. Even if he's a yes man, he cares. Not a good mix.

I'm sumizing he leaves in the summer, we have a new head coach that reads from the script.

Probably a nobody desperate for a gig. We've tried. Tried and tested with Clarke and it's been a clusterf cuk.

What I don't understand is that the players will remain because statistics on theirmpast achievements apparently prove they are better than the league position but the manager who ismaoso identified and selected using statistical analysis is discarded.
