You are losing money and over fist. To save cash next season kat I suggest that you only sell season tickets in the west stand. Saves having to open the other two home stands. It may be wise to start with the upper tier first, you might get lucky and not need to open the lower
Or alternatively just open the corner stand so the few hardy souls that turn up can keep warm by watching from inside in the winter but sit outside on the milder days
