    Wasn't that Bryan Adams song at number 1 for something like 16 weeks ?

    I know not everyone will like it but I wouldn't class it as a song he wrote thinking it would be a banger but turned out ****

    I don't think that either of these songs were meant to be taken particularly seriously. Good Old Fashioned Loverboy is very camp and silly, but the vocals are absolutely incredible.

    The 2 songs I hate above all others are Shout by Lulu and Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves. About 6 years ago, we were walking down the Navy Pier in Chicago and Shout came on over the tannoy. Oh, how the kids larfed! “Wouldn’t it be funny if they played Walking on Sunshine next”, said child number two. Reader, they sodding did!!
