Looks ok till you look at the games played, last season we had a point more for the same number of games and had games in hand over most of the teams round us. Now we have one less point and a few teams have a game in hand on us.
Bottom 3 I'd say. I know were actually bottom in early December. That was some season, if Leicester hadn't won the PL, we would surely have been in with a chance of team of the season.
What a turnaround? It's reason it's so special being a Barnsley supporter. It isn't over until it isn't mathematically possible. I still think we'll win the League. Although it needs to pick up (results wise) pretty sharpish to go up automatically.
We talk about missed chances and yes we missed a few last night, but it’s at the back we are getting let down and goals conceded says it all.
I agree pal, but we supposedly have hammered a team at home yet managed to concede 2 goals, promotion off limits performing like we do at the back
It doesn't surprise me it feels very similar to last season I said then I've no idea if we will finish top two or tenth. The January window is pivotal but that's a difficult time to right the wrongs of the summer.
If the two teams with games in hand won their games we would be eight the same as last season (with one point less), the real glaring stat on there is the goals scored column, that said all the teams above us with the exception of Wycombe have scored less than last season too.
