But they knew that the car was involved with the night club shooting and therefore the driver was possibly/probably armed and dangerous . Who ever it was .
That's a bit like a man firing a gun repeatedly at and officer, bang bang bang bang, and in the 0.1 seconds between two of the bangs the officer fired off a shot at him then it is a fair argument to say "I know it's only a few milliseconds but he wasn't technically shooting at you when you fired therefore you should go down for murder". it's absolute nonsense. Chris Kaba was ramming police with a two tonne vehicle. And yes he was shot because he was a known gun weilder because while they didn't know who was driving the car they knew that car had been driven a few hours earlier by a gun weilder. If Chris Kaba wasn't a known gun weilder then his car wouldn't have been sought for welding a gun a few hours before the world was saved from his future crimes. I just don't get why you're trying to defend him at all costs. You reckon he was stationary for a few milliseconds in between rams so shouldn't have been shot, that police should have leapt in front of the ramming car, smashed the windscreen (incredibly hard to do) and tasered him. All while he was ramming them and believed to be armed. The man was a piece of **** who the world is better off without and the only victim that night was the poor ******* of a police officer who Kaba tried to ram and took the ONLY defensive action that he could resulting in his name being wrongly released to kabas scum mates.
My brother is part of the thin blue line, if someone was attempting to ram him in a car I would have no problem with the driver being shot to prevent it whether black/white left/right or any other description, and that’s before any previous convictions, felonies or any other historical incidents are taken into account.
People are capable of some crazy things after being shot. With Adrenaline and other drugs in their system even more so.
I actually really really was so I copied how he spelt it. Only I could copy off someone who got it wrong
Which is why they took the shot. He had repeatedly driven the car at then they reversed back to drive forwards again. What do you think they should have done? Wait and see? Risk the lives of the officers present in case he suddenly decides to comply after trying to kill them? The police had everything justification to use lethal force. I'm more upset we have dragged it through the courts so next time a officer might hesitate and we could lose police officers lives to violent and dangerous criminals.
