Gutted,,,, it sounds like this board has been outwankered!

 

Fantastic game. 2-1 down then Hibs got a man sent off. We scored with only minutes to play. Then 8 minutes added on time and we scored in the last second of that.
We also had a goal disallowed by var and we also had a pitch invasion of excited United fans.

Deserved three points, much improved performance, all away at a team on fine form.

We are all not too bad, old friend. I've kept away from the site, as it's been an international break and usually that means common sense & decency go flying out of the window.
Great win for the Arabs today.

And the celebrations have begun.

 

Although it felt like the season was falling apart recently, with those poor performances and results, we were still only 3 points away from the top six!.
And I'd have taken a point today if given the chance, especially when we got to stoppage time. And by the sounds of it, the performance certainly would have deserved that at least.
But to stay positive like we did, and still go looking for the win on 92 minutes, is really pleasing.
Bring on the next game now ehh lol, it just shows what a better performance and a win can do to us all, on a Satdy evening.

 

Yeah, and if this is the start of a nice little run of 7 points out of 9 for example.
Will that get us thinking about the top two again maybe, for this season!.

 

The only downer is when we went in front we didn't keep playing the same way until we let in an equaliser.

We went in front and went back to defending deep to try and hang on to our lead.

I hope moving forward Clarke realises our defence isn't up to the job of defending too much, with our keeper flapping at balls he can grab.

In the future if we go in front keep tactics the same as our best way to defend is keep playing on the front foot looking for a second.

Yeah you could say that our best way of defence, is to attack!.

 

The trouble is that collectively there`s a consensus that the defence is weak but individually, although they split opinion, the central defenders regularly score well on the MOM polls.

 

I think we’ve got talented players all over the pitch including defence. It’s getting them to play together as a team that is taking some work, but it will come. Sooner rather than later
