Much more attacking intent from us and with a bit more composure on the break we could have nicked a couple more goals but we look so so vulnerable at the back at times.
Imho ...I agree with most on here it was a much better 45 performance than most I've seen this season. Still we lack passing accuracy and that's also needs to be quicker. That said our press and application have been good and just about deserve to be in front. Humphries has had great half, making something out of nothing and genrally making a nuisance of himself....he's also been a great "out ball" which we have lacked. Russell has done well....but still worries me, with his lack of pace. Overall 1.0 ...I'll take that.
As good a half as any this season so far, rode our luck a bit at times but generally a lot brighter all round
Really good first half, passing,,,,a bit better, defending,,,,,,a bit better, decision making,,,,,a bit better, attitude? Off the scale for me.
Just seen that they have Jordan Rhodes on the bench for them. Warming up at half time....bogey player for us. Let's hope we can put this game to bed early doors.
DKD looks a little bit uncomfortable coming out. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him taken off for Jalo or Nwakali at some point.
We start without one of our No. 9s and don't have one on the bench. We've played better, but it seems a strange frontline. Call out to Gent for that first half.
Much better performance by us going forward. However, we’re winning because Blackpool haven’t taken their chances. If we continue making mistakes at the back after Jordan Rhodes comes on it could be a different story.
I believe the main commentator is Oxley, but I've no idea who the summariser is. Quite a broad Yorkshire accent, sounds about mid thirties. Update: Just found out it's former player Mark Smith. Bit out with my age estimate
