    I did a few weeks ago, and it turned out that I use a really old email address for ifollow (I think I set it up in 2008). I had to faff about trying to access that before I could reset the password.

    I also had go reset password but was easy enough it emailed a pin straight away.

    Same here but after resetting password it still says can't verify account.
