    I'd not be surprised if Toby is over there himself at the launch.
    But I'm more concerned as to when the shirts will be on sale. School holidays coming up. Lots wanting em for then. A catastrophe like last season and sales will plummet.

    They're holding it in New York as the only location where it's possible to locate any of the new shirts is in a Fanatics warehouse in the USA, found in boxes marked 'do not open until October 2024'.

    It's not complicated surely it needs to be red with a white trim, away pick a colour that's not red put the badge on it and the tricky bit get stock in the shop so people can buy it job done.

    Think it's still closed for refurb until later this year or next year. Cost of the refurb ballooning to over 2 billion dollars! Staggering amount that for a hotel.
    Had a look around the lobby when we went to NYC in 2006, very plush indeed.

    Waldorf was still shut for long term refurb when we went 12 month ago. Apart from hotel upgrade they are turning lots of the upper floors into luxury apartments.

    Stayed there for a week in 2003 though ;-)

    As a mature male, the inner child in me still buys shirts on occasion but I won't be buying one with a Toby badge on.
    As said before. GREAT mascot. Terrible badge. We already have an iconic badge.
