Pleased to have it resolved, and a manager in before the Summer to do proper preparation and involve themselves in transfer decisions. I don't really know Darrell or his teams, but he seems well regarded by the teams he's worked with, has a few promotions under his belt already, and comes across a passionate and driven bloke.
