    Each member of the board in a foot race. At the end of the race track is 2 pots

    1) A "pot" of ideas the board wants to implement (all sealed)
    2) A "pot" of ideas the fans want the board to implement (all sealed)

    The winner of the race, gets to choose from pot 1. And must crack on and deliver

    The loser of the race, chooses from pot 2, and must also crack on and implement.

    The remainder of the board, crack whips to the winner and loser until they are finished.
