    Although he didn't get man of the match Saturday he didn't put a foot wrong, a very strong reliable defender.

    Cheers mate. I'm really happy for him. His first year overseas and an awful first half of a game, but he buckled down and came good.

    Some people on here seem to have a pathological hatred for the poor guy, which I don't understand. The odd error, like them all, but I think he's quite steady and adds a bit of flair (this is not a reference to his suit trousers)..

    I'm puzzled. Player of the year, when our defence has been literally the worst since god wor a lad.

    Lacks height, pace and positional judgement at League 1 level IMO.

    Hit and miss defensively but very good on the ball. The amount of times he's intercepted the ball very high up the pitch and set attacks going is very impressive. His contribution to the winner away at Exeter sticks in the mind but I'm sure there must be others. Still has a lot to learn but time is on his side. I'm sure there's plenty more to come from him.
