Why are we so poor with our comms? “Join for unique benefits” but we’re not going to tell you what these actually are.
Here’s a mandate - to print out and fill out in pen, and to return to the club… Would it kill them to have an electronic form? One that meant they didn’t need to process it when it comes in - and that folk wouldn’t have to piss about filling in manually? Seems a bit daft in 2024. I haven’t been inside the box office for years, but still manage to get my season tickets etc sorted without issue - or having to wet sign anything.
