Earl has been predominantly a wing back most of his career bud, or full back at least. A great addition in my opinion.

Agreed. Total lack of depth and over reliance on goals from Cole. It is winging it / doing it on the cheap. The chance of automatic promotion, even though it was slim has completely evaporated overnight. the best we can hope for is the lottery of the play offs. The longer we are in this league the harder it becomes to get out of it, as the quality of our players reduces over time.
