Looks like, it as his business partner is Dean Cook, who amongst others owns BAPPS.

Was that around the Doyle ownership ?
I remember enquiring about it a few years back but was told there was no way Barnsley would be interested.
Things change but what would the club do with it

Something linked to the height of the stand , if a new one was built I seem to remember.

The club were. under Patrick. but couldn't get permission to do what he wanted. And I'll stand corrected. I think something along the lines of build accommodation for Academy players.

    That’s correct.

It was an idea floated around, but never got off the ground. Mainly as the land was owned by others, which at the time weren’t interested in selling.

The Bapp Director is part owner of that land, I’m sure if the club needed a chat they have/will as they are known to each other.

Not read this post through but what about an hotel/business type building witha BFC social club incorporated into it. Visiting teams could use the hotel during the season plus the visiting fans.

bad plan. In my experience the people that lived closest to work were usually the last to arrive.

If I loved closest to work there'd be no point setting off early. An extra 2 minutes for me ... on top of the 3 I'd just had.

I heard it was earmarked for a factory producing locks/latches that snap open with force.

Just waiting for someone to build it in exchange for a percentage of the profits.
