McAtee is a real worry for me. If we are going to pick him (and I can see the argument for doing so) goals aren’t coming from him.

It was about level with me. The lad out wide had never seen offside. You can't really tell from those highlights but the actual goal scorer on the other hand was not onside at any point. However, the wide man was already beyond the last defender when he squared it. It's a carbon copy of Tammy Abraham in the 1-0 loss to Chelsea under Ismael. Old school offside but onside under current rules.

Like I’ve said on another thread if it wasn’t for him doing his job,we’d have won at least 7 - 3

Looks nothing like a striker to me. Yesterday showed a lot about his abilities imo, saw the opportunity to try to make a name for himself and got a bit giddy hitting shots left right and centre. Sadly not a single one was of a standard expected from a professional striker.

I'd be dropping Phillips and playing him as a midfielder with Connell and Kane if possible.
The only problem then is who do we make up the strikers with? Cole and who? Certainly not Watters for me so that only leaves Cosgrove and Jalo.

Still feels absolute madness to get shut of marsh when our striking options are so limited

That's been my issue with him, his best position has always been as an attacking midfielder, not up front. I like him, I think he can be a good player for us, but I really think we need to give Cole & Cosgrove a proper run of games together, and let Styles & McAtee fight for that advanced midfield role

Well that makes it look clear. The video the OP posted cuts Williams out of it so it's not 100% clear.
