There was a bloke in the Ponty that used to sit near me with the most annoying kids. He must have more money than sense because they were always up and down to the food kiosks.
The Pukka Pies are that hot you can't enjoy them. I wish they could sell them after they'd cooled down a bit.
People could probably go an hour and half without eating at a cinema too but popcorn and drinks do a roaring trade. People like to make an event of things, kids like to be bribed, people come straight from work or have long drives, people might want something to warm them up at half time. There’s loads of reasons why people might want some food.
You should be able to have the choice though - if folk want to eat at home then they can. Or if someone wants to eat at the game - then there should be a range of options to cater to them. Plus it makes the club money - or it should. What shouldn't happen is that every concourse is sold out by half time, or people are paying through the nose for a crusty sausage roll.
Makes me smile. Club made an effort with the flatbreads and was greeted with derision, they probably think, f**k em....
