Wasn’t it 0-0 at half-time as well? I remember my old man leaving for work at half-time, calling home at full-time for the score and not believing me for a second….

Who was better for the reds, Craig Davies or James Norwood?

It was, Jack Butland made several good stops for them in the first half. Think Birmingham had their first and pretty much only attempt on 45.

They really couldn't have complained if we'd won by 8 or 9, we were absolutely unplayable. Which makes it all the more frustrating that we were utterly wretched after that under Keith Hill, until he was sacked just before (maybe after) Christmas.

There were only around 300 of us there in the away end. Think it was live on Sky.

One of the better away days I've had watching Tarn.

Edit: Christ. Was that 11 years ago??

Didn't we lose the return game against them at home on boxing day, and Craig David missed a penalty!.
And it was almost the end for the ranting cowboy Keef Hill.

Think we played Blackburn that Boxing Day and he was sacked before I got in pub after game

I thought it was Blackburn a few days later (maybe lol), and he was sacked soon after it.
And then we went chasing after Terry Butch in the new year.

I think Flicker got the job on the strength of the win against Leeds. Had we not won that game, rumour was Hignett was getting the gig!
