    I'd suspected Neill would want to bring his own assistant with him and Jon Stead ticked a lot of boxes with local connections and assisting Neill at Tampa. Pleased Disco has been retained. All in all I'm pleased with these appointments. I might have a different opinion by the time the season's half finished mindst!

    Desperate for this coaching team to succeed. All got connections to the area, will live locally, and instead of claiming they're here for the long haul, there's a very real chance, even if we do well, that they actually will.

    Apparently Collins likes his teams to get the ball in the box from the wing-backs. Can we sign Connor Wickham please.
