    Oh that is sad. He is so well known in South Yorkshire. I know he inspired a friend of mine to become a physio. He was still treating people recently.

    His lad was Barnsley’s physio I think. Alan himself helped me with a back problem a few years ago. Nice man.

    Fantastic football man, England physio at Euro 96 into the 2000s, before the string of foreign coaches brought in their own teams. Hope this is respected by our fans, I’m sure Wembley & the FA will pay tribute too. :)
