    the absolute number 1 priority for me next season, is keeping him. regardless of how Monday goes. whether that's to get us promoted from league 1, or make us competitive in championship.

    100% the best manager (along with DW1) we've ever had in my lifetime.

    I look around at other football managers and ask myself "Would I like to work for him?"......usually its a negative.
    With our man it's not.
    Agree with many on here, our top priority, beyond any player we have, is to keep this guy at Oakwell for as long as we can.
    From the day he said Hello to us it just felt right.
    Win or lose tmrw he is our man.

    Win or lose on Monday he has exceeded all our expectations after last seasons s--- show. We should ALL be proud on Monday regardless.

    Yeah it has to be the top priority for us, and even though its going to be hard if we don't win this game.
    I think we all know what must be done in the summer, let's get the Duffer tied to a more solid contract.
