    It seems that most have used this thread to just say outrageous things that they don’t actually think rather than actual opinions which would be controversial. At least I’d hope so with a few of them...

    So to go with what I think the OP wanted, I’ll give some actual opinions which might be deemed controversial:

    *Darren Barnard was as integral to the 99/00 team as Craig Hignett was

    *Liam Kitching is ok but isn’t anything like as good as some on here would have you believe

    *Same post as the above, but applied to Herbie Kane

    *Assuming Mads is sold, Jasper Moon will be our best centre half next season

    *If Devante Cole wasn’t a bit idle and actually made the same effort levels we’ve seen from Norwood, we’d have finished in the top two and he’d have had 20+ league goals

    *Michael Duff made an error in not reinstating Brad Collins when he returned to fitness
