Ipswich decided to not celebrate their goal with their own fans and got spat at for inciting the opposition fans. Won't have taken long to deal with the culprit.

Disgusting behaviour, certainly, but when will footballers learn that celebrating goals so close to the home fans is a pretty stupid idea. Every one of those grown men in the shot seems to be making hand gestures or shouting abuse at the Ipswich players, but one took it too far. But why provoke them into that kind of behaviour in the first place?

Just seen on the Ipswich forum that the police have charged someone over the incident. Hope he gets the book thrown at him, the disgusting pr1ck. Although they must have got the wrong bloke. They said they have charged a 46 year old. If he's 46 that's one tough paper round. I am 54 and I would have put him as at least 10 years older than me.
