Seen acts at Brammall Lane, Elland Road, Hamburg SV, Cardiff, Warsaw and there were 50,000 to 80,000 at each. Don't think Brammall Lane has held a gig since that Springsteen concert in the 80s so it can't be lucrative from the clubs point of view. Get a decent band on and fans will come. I once took the then girlfriend all the way to Bingley Hall in Stafford to see Abba. Bingley Hall was basically a long cow shed but it didn't matter. Girlfriend became my wife not long after so I must have impressed her.
