    Thought I was over today's game getting postponed, but I've woken up so bloody annoyed. Had this week all planned. Turned down some work to be at a 50th do last night and at today's game. Beers, big crowd, all the euphoria of Tuesday still coursing through everyone. Fu¢k Ipswich, fu¢k Jamaica, fu¢k international football. I want my Saturday back

    I'm fairly happy about the postponement, it would take more than a few days to recover from that game. I'm more annoyed that there's no score worth keeping an eye on today - I'd be much happier if Washday, Plymouth or Ipswich were playing, just so there is some game to get invested in.

    Not to worry mate, Victory will be all that much sweeter WHEN we beat them in April, They have to travel up North in Midweek, With what I would image is less of a following than if we’d played today. As if we didn’t need any further incentive to win, they’ve given us one more now.

    Yeah I'd have preferred for it to have been on like, but hey. Only time will tell, whether it plays in our favour or not. I'd be interested to know if the Club have officially complained...to whoever it is they would need to officially complain to!

    As it goes, it's worked out OK for me. Tested positive for covid yesterday (on my birthday) so would have not gone had it been on, both for other people's sake and because I feel crap.

    I tested positive on Thursday so wouldn't have been going either. I do think if we had been playing, we would have beat em.

    I've got a meet up in Leeds with two of my old flatmates from the '90's when I went back to Uni & had to let out a room in my old flat in Hyde Park. One lives in Pittsburgh & the other over in Manchester. I'd have missed the game, so it's worked out OK for me. See the frustrations for others & for the team, but c'est la vie. It's probably impacting travelling Ipswich fans the hardest TBH.
