There are only teams in the running. Barnsley and Ipswich

    IPSWICH

    Burton home 4-0
    Accrington home 3-0
    Bolton away 2-0
    Shrewsbury home 2-0

    BARNSLEY

    Bristol Rovers away 0-0
    Portsmouth home 3-1
    Plymouth home 3-0
    Wycombe away 1-0
    SWFC at home 4-2

    IT’S LOOKING VERY GOOD MICHAEL

I think Kieran McKenna will get it by the virtue that they've won every game without conceding.

I hope the manager of the month curse makes a timely return though then as a result :D

As an aside, the Wednesday fans weren't happy that Duff has won it 3 times this season, whereas Moore hasn't and they can't understand why (despite wanting him sacked before the new year). In every month Duff has won it, he's at least matched Moore's results, and done it on probably a third of the budget.

I was thinking, probably the reason Moore hasn't taken any credit is cos he's had more money than anyone else. FFP doesn't count for Oinky clubs

If you compare the teams they have both beaten Archie , surely ours are far more impressive.

Should be us. We've had far tougher matches.

Interesting one. Ipswich results obviously pretty flawless, but I would say the teams we’ve played are a lot tougher and we’ve played 2 more games. I think if we beat Exeter next Tuesday, Duff probably pips it for me.

I was thinking next Tuesday was April ( old age ). If we win that it will be nailed on.

I guess so, but you can only beat what's in front of you, and Ipswich have been pretty convincing in their wins too.

I think the 2 dropped points at Bristol might be what sways it.

I guess it's another reason they wanted the game postponed, if we were to win Saturday, Duff would be a shoe-in for the accolade ;)

Trouncing the top 2. And 2 play off contenders. Should be nailed on.

Ipswich have had an easy run according to the Wednesday massive. So even they must want us to win it.

Can't really have any complaints whoever wins it. We've had the more difficult run, but drew the so called easier game. While a 2-0 win at Bolton is pretty impressive, and been convincing in the other wins as well.

I’ll be disappointed if we beat Exeter and he doesn’t get it. We’ve put 7 goals past the top 2.

If we don’t win it and Cheltenham beat Wednesday (unlikely but not impossible) I hope they win it.

    Won 1-0 vs Fleetwood (H)
    Drew 0-0 vs Lincoln (H)
    Won 3-0 vs Peterborough (A)
    Won 3-1 vs Exeter (H)

Plus a win vs Wednesday that would make it a hell of a month for a team that had won 1 game in Jan and Feb.

Ipswich have got all clean sheets though. But, chickened out of playing Saturday, which would have probably settled it!

100% win record and 100% clean sheet record in the month.

Yes we’ve had more games and harder games.

But I’d be disappointed for McKenna if he didn’t get it if I was an Ipswich fan.

Depends who’s on the panel I guess. I hope McKenna gets it and the MOTM curse strikes. Their next two games are against Derby and Wycombe.

Yeah I know - as I think you’ve realised I was talking about Ipswich not us, we’d drawn at Bristol Rovers so didn’t have a 100% record in the month at that point - though it was posted prior to the Exeter game as well so we hadn’t lost at that time.

I was saying McKenna should get it for four wins and clean sheets.
