    Brilliantly executed.
However you do hear commentators and pundits saying it can be too close to get the ball up and down .
That ball was on the 18 yard line !!
He didn't blast It, more floated the ball into the top corner with enough pace to beat the goalie.
Show that to the experts to see how it can be done.

What puzzled me was that they'd put a 'draft excluder' down. The keeper was fairly unsighted already, without blocking off his vision of the ball too. I also think they were expecting Benson to take it. So it became one of them, if its close enough to the corner, it'll go in.

The draught excluder wouldn't block his view so long as the keeper was taller than about 2 foot

He did very well with the free kick, especially as the wall was only about 8 yards away

I've never seen a free kick travel so slowly.

I like that he took it about two seconds before the announcer stopped speaking. Maybe it was more of a thing when watching it back but I was kind of waiting for it to come to it’s predictable end and then for him to take it, so it was a surprise when he went a moment before. I’m sure the players weren’t paying the slightest attention to it though.

An absolute floater. Amusing to see the keeper dive past the post before the ball had barely passed the wall.

In T20 cricket, he would have said to have “taken the pace off the ball”
