    We've got super Michael Duffy.

    Very well deserved. Nobody deserved it more. Unbeaten, loads of goals and thrashed a promotion rival.

    I also love how he always praises his staff and gets a photo with them when he wins it.

    The only way he could ever win it is if they win every game by 4 or more goals with that squad & budget. I could manage them & they would be top. The fact they’ve lost a game this season is embarrassing. Being massive and all that.

    A Barnsley manager has won the league 1 manager of the month on 7 occasions. Only Peterborough have more league 1 manager of the month winners than us (10).

    In league 1 at least, he's the first Barnsley manager to win it 3 times.

    Andy Ritchie won it twice, and Paul Heckinbottom and Lee Johnson won it once.

    Daniel Stendel never won it strangely.
