    Travelling with the squad to Cheltenham. Duff says it's time to bring him back into the fold, though he doesn't know yet whether he'll be playing.

    I'd rather have the Saturday off if I wasn't playing. It's a long way to travel just to be sat about doing nowt.

    All of a sudden our bench looks strong and with people who can change the game if needed hopefully Josh Benson can comeback fully fit and playing like he did at the beginning of the season.

    I’d imagine he’s had enough of Saturdays off.
    I’m currently out injured but travel to training just to be part of it and to see my friends.
    I expect being part of a match day gives him a lift.

    Duff says that Luke is the type of character who needs to be around people, he gets a huge buzz from mixing and he brings a lot to the team dynamic with his lively personality - or words to that effect.
