What story? It's basicaly saying what we already know anyway. Edwards went off with suspected ligament damage. Nothing new in there.
No we didn't. Some mentioned he might have broke his leg. Some mentioned ACL. Some mentioned ankle. Nobody knew for sure but the opposition press do before our own and the time he's expected to be out.
From Duff’s interview, he’s seeing a specialist tomorrow to find out if it’s more on the scale of 6 weeks or out for the season. I would imagine 2 months or more and we’ll probably look to send him back. Definitely need recruiting in this area I’d say.
I imagine that is being explored, especially if it’s more like three months; duff has said they might need to sign another player due to his injury.
If it is a long-term injury then there is a good chance we could turn the loan into a perm. (this was said with tongue in cheek)
Really liked Edwards looked a proper solid pro who for me other than Mads was our best defender this season he’ll be a big miss.
