I recommend parking up at Meadowhall a couple of minutes before 3 pm and walking up there. That way you’ll get there just before half-time and if you set off back just before the second half begins you’ll be back at Meadowhall in time to get away to avoid the evening rush hour
Coccidiossis, is rife in Sheffield, stay safe an disinfect your feet at Hoyland on yer way home, av a good day, enjoy.
Unfortunately football clubs like puppies aren't just for Christmas but for life! And tbf he's been to Oakwell quite a few times and I've never been with Coventry City fans.
I think street parking is free on Bank Holidays (double check). I'd suggest a side street off Ecclesall Road.
It's shocking for parking Bramhall Lane. If you get there early, you might drop on Street Parking around the ground. Otherwise, I'd park at one near the Moor and walk. It's about 10 minutes from the bottom of town to the ground. I'm not sure what sort of charges they'll impose on Bank Holidays, but I'm sure the council ones will certainly be cheaper than normal.
Used to run Cricketers Arms, parking is okay if you get there early, loads of parking, Train Stations good an a good meeting place, av a good day. Strongly recommend Chantry Brewery ales if you see any.
I’d suggest somewhere around Farm Road/ East Bank Road, Granville Road - near All saints College. Then walk. That way you can get away without having to go through loads of traffic.
