    Not sure why, but this place is starting to get nasty again, all of a sudden. Usually happens close season, cos there's no football to talk about. It's Christmas, season of good will n that. General plea for people to just chill the fk out a bit and be kinder. And yes, I'm including myself in that advice.

    Go have a mince pie or summat, log off, or whatever ya need to do.

    I’ve had a few days off and scan read a few posts, but I feel I’ve missed something here.

    There is a lot of bullying on here Marc. Certain members on here contribute to it massively. Particularly, if you don't agree certain side of politics . Unsavoury words and offensive name calling seems to rear its head whenever political threads arise .
    Thats all I’m saying on the matter but I agree it’s time for it to cease . Merry Christmas !!

    At least with rail Strike I've got to see my parents before Christmas. I'm there all this week.

    Dad's running me back Friday. I might try and square it with Laura to go home Sunday though so I can see my Uncle Alan for Christmas get together. He's 79. I'd have to brave the reduced timetable on Thursday though to get some clothes and see Laura and George. Don't like idea of Dad doing too many trips to Rotherham with his leg bandaged up.

    Only been one night but I miss them. Not same on wattsapp.

    Had some good news today though. I've managed to get 28th to 30th off between Christmas and New Year.

    I'm relaxed & happy, Helen. Ensuring the birds in the garden have fresh food and water helps on that score. Mind you, the dog isn't keen on the cold. But I bet that'll change the first time we have a heavy snowfall!

    Folk on a downer after the England loss and the political stuff i dont get involved in so unless its on there i havent seen any nastiness.
