    Talking to one of the kids in school about him today- said he was from my home town! His teacher turned round and said mine too - turns out she's from Hoyland! Small world- dad was a season ticket holder until last year!

    A credit to our town. I didn’t know about him contacting Branson after the cancer diagnosis but I’d heard about him coming back & speaking to the academy lads.

    He still meets up with Clark, Rose, RNL & some of the others from that youth team that did so well too.

    Seems a well grounded lad for a superstar. I remember Henry Winter once commenting on how lovely his parents are as well & that they’ve been all over Europe & the world following his career.
